Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales are Final

Because our items are custom-made to order and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and personalization details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer.

  • Slight variations in texture or appearance (which are inherent to handmade/one-of-a-kind items).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective. In the rare event that this happens:

  • Please contact us at emilyssunflowercrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Personalization

Please double-check your shipping address and any custom text provided. We are not responsible for errors in personalization or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
