Every piece in our shop is handcrafted and uniquely made to order. Because of this artisan process, please keep the following in mind:

• Unique Variations: No two items are identical. You may notice slight variations in [color, texture, grain, or finish] compared to the product photos. These are not flaws, but rather the "fingerprint" of a handmade process.

• Final Sale: As these items are created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for variations that are inherent to the handmade nature of the product.

• Quality Guarantee: While we celebrate uniqueness, we never compromise on quality. Every item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our high standards.
